Customer orientation in the operative process


We have internalized the service- and process-oriented approach to the benefit of our customers so that you do not have to worry about "ITIL theory". Service delivery for us means that our calculations always include customer benefit alongside technical service as a firm success factor.
 
When it's a case of stipulating binding framework conditions for operative processes, we always work on the basis of looking at the necessary parameters to be supported by the IT solution. Here we work consistently according to the ITIL model (IT Infrastructure Library). In this environment, we define topics such as availability, recovery or capacity. All our employees are certified accordingly; where more complex tasks are involved, we revert when the need arises to the specialized service managers employed by our parent company msg systems ag.
